We are followers of Jesus, a Christian church that looks to the teachings of the Bible as our source for truth. We interpret the Bible using exegetical methods that places priority with what the author's message was to the original audience, takes the narrative of scripture into consideration, and use scripture to interpret scripture.
Our Affiliation
We are currently a nondenominational church, but we have plans to partner with an organization after we grow and find the right one. To summarize our approach to doctrine: our distinctive is not to be distinctive. We believe in the main tenants of the Christian faith, and we teach on both sides of the minor doctrinal issues that have historically divided the church.
Can You Officiate My Wedding/Can We Get Married at Your Church?
No. As an unaffiliated and nondenominational church, our Pastor isn't licensed to perform weddings. And no to hosting weddings at our church. Our building isn't suitable to use as a wedding chapel.
Do You Offer Anything for Children?
Whenever we gather for a time of teaching or worship we hire a babysitter to watch small children.
Do You Offer Communion?
Yes, we memorialize the blood and body of Christ with drink and bread when we gather. All who identify with Jesus' sacrifice are welcome to partake
